Corporate Social Investment
At ROMH we endeavour to be responsible “Corporate Citizens”, through our various Corporate Social Initiative (CSI) efforts. These efforts are in line with the objective to empower communities in need and promote partnerships throughout society.
ROMH and majority employees are from previously disadvantaged committees and therefore it it’s the company’s believe’ that it has a fundamental responsibility to assist in improving the lives of disadvantaged communities in South Africa. The company has therefore developed a Corporate Social Investment (CSI) policy which incorporates the Socio-economic Development (SED) and Enterprise Development policy aligned to its strategy which contributes to the company’s overall mission and vision.

Transformation and Skills Development
ROMH has been involved in various road infrastructure projects and have contributed towards local economies and rural development through transformation. Stimulating economic growth and development of road infrastructure in economical lagging regions is the goal of many countries. This is because civil and structural infrastructure plays a crucial role by providing mobility for the efficient movements of people and goods, as well as providing accessibility to a wide variety of commercial and social activities.
An affirmation to our ongoing commitment to training and development of our engineers. We offer ongoing CPD training, workplace training and mentorship, as well as bursaries to our technical and support staff to facilitate mobilization and optimization of human resources in the organization.
